Questions we get asked
- Do hygienists need their own seat?
- Yes, and they’re usually where practices see the biggest win, since hygiene appointments generate the most notes. That’s why the last seat in each band is effectively free.
- Can my team see each other’s notes?
- No. A practice plan is about billing and setup, not shared records. Every clinician’s notes stay private to them.
- What if some of us already pay individually?
- When you join a practice plan we stop your individual subscription from renewing. You keep the time you already paid for, and the practice covers you from then on, so you never pay for both.
- What happens if someone leaves?
- Remove them from your practice page and the seat frees up immediately. They keep their own notes; they just lose access.
